  • Complex backgrounds can only be requested for Full Color Pieces. Complex backgrounds will be +50% of the original price!

  • Please allow me 2-5 weeks to finish your piece. More complex pieces will require more time and on the opposite end, more simple pieces will be finished faster. I will most likely inform you how long I think a piece is going to take, but that estimate might fluctuate based on IRL things.

  • IMPORTANT: Due to my health, I may need to take breaks for a few days (or longer, based on the severity of my episode). The client will be informed immediately if there are any issues that will impact when their commission will be finished. Refunds* will be offered if the client feels the need.

Please Read First

  • Please make sure you read the Terms of Service before submitting a form! (by commissioning me, you are legally confirming that you have read my TOS.)

  • Commissions are no longer being done "First Come, First Serve", I will have a specific amount of slots available on Ko-fi for comms! Generally, I will make an announcement on either twitter or ko-fi when opening or closing comms.

  • If you would like to check the status of your commission, please check here! I use a public google spread sheet to keep things clear and open with clients! I generally update it as soon as something gets done, so it's relatively up to date!

  • While my clients are always free to drop me a message and ask for an update pic of their commission, please keep it at a minimum of 3 days apart per update. I generally work on multiple commissions at a time, so progress can be all over the place sometimes. As mentioned above, clients can always check the public commission status sheet if they are curious where their commission is at that point in time.

  • If commissioning via Ko-fi, please message me first if you are unsure with what options you should pick for your Commission or if you have a question about options that don't fall into the available add-ons (such as Extra Characters)! Again, you can reach me either via twitter, ko-fi or by email!

Terms of Service

  • As the artist, I reserve the right to turn down any commission for any reason.

  • I reserve the right to post commissions to any of my social media platforms if I choose to do so, unless the client specifically asks beforehand not to post it!

  • If you commission is noncommercial, you may not reprint your commission for profit, but you may reprint it for personal use only!

  • You may edit/crop/resize your commission and post it, but if the watermark is no longer present I ask that you please credit me somewhere!

  • You may post the work on your own social media/website, but please credit me somewhere!

  • Small edits/corrections are no problem if you need something done after the commission is finished!

  • If the commission is being used for commercial work, there will be an extra fee (dependent on the piece). Things like streaming assets and Vtuber Models fall under commercial work. If you are unsure whether your commission would fall under "Commercial Work", please feel free to reach out prior to submitting a commission request!

Payment and Refunds

  • Payment will only be done through either through Ko-fi or PayPal for certain commissions. While I used PayPal mainly in the past for commissions, I am trying to completely transfer over to Ko-fi due to ease of use.

  • If via PayPal, I will only send the PayPal invoice after the client has approved the concept sketch. Full payment upfront is required.

  • I will only begin on the commission after I have received your payment.

  • If I have not received payment for your commission within 3 days of accepting your commission I will cancel your order. If the client needs a few more days to pay for whatever reason, please inform me and I will extend your deadline!

  • Regarding Refunds: I will give full refunds if I am just starting the piece, partial if halfway though and no refunds after I have finished your piece.

Frequently Asked Questions

"What do you use to draw?"

  • Clip Studio Paint is my main program I use to draw! But in the past I used FireAlpaca! (which I still highly recommend for a free drawing program!!)

  • I use the XP-Pen Tablet to draw!

"Do you accept art requests/trades?"

  • Art Requests: I do not accept random art requests from anyone. But I do sometimes ask for them from time to time!

  • Art Trades: I do not accept art trades from people I don't know! Friends and mutuals are more than welcome to shoot me a message if they want to do something and I'm free^^

"Can I use/repost your art?"

  • Commissioned Art: Only the commissioner has the right to use/repost their art! If you wish to repost/use a piece of art that has been commissioned, please contact and ask the commissioner themself!

  • Non-Commissioned Art: Please message me about which piece you wish to use and what for. Most of the time, I will say yes! But you must credit me somewhere on your post _

  • Personal Art/OCs: Personal Art (usually of my OCs) is not allowed to be reposted or used under any circumstances! In very special cases, I might allow it but never for my OCs.

  • Please feel free!! Nothing would make me happier _ please @ me though so I can see it!!
